We are informing you that, according to the decision of the Board of Directors, beginning with January 20, 2015, the attribution of the Chairman of the Managing Board of Moldbindconbank will be exercised by Mr Leonid Talmaci.

To be mentioned, that professional qualities and experience of Mrs Svetlana Banari, which successfully occupied this position more than seven years, will be further used for the Bank’s growth, by working as adviser of Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Changes in the Bank’s top management will help to strengthen the performances achieved in the last years and create more opportunities for the further development of the Bank.
