Investing in education is a step forward to our future, as Moldindconbank continuously supports various educational projects. As a partner and beneficiary of the WBL4Job, Erasmus+ project, on March 28, 2023, the bank participated in the practical lesson of the "Bank Accounting" course, which took place at the Moldindconbank branch in Balti.

The director of Moldindconbank branch in Balti, PhD in economics, Mr. Iurie Beșliu, explained to the students the rules of operation of the cashier's unit within the branch, how to supply cash to the subdivisions, the importance of checking the authenticity of banknotes and the procedure for denouncing suspected counterfeit money. In addition, Mrs. Vizitiu Victoria, the accountant, told the students about the cash collection procedures, the documentary flow, the cash counting procedure. Useful information on how to document the operations in the bank cashier's office and the procedure of cash inventory was presented to the participants by Mrs. Ina Scutelnic, financial director of the Moldindconbank branch.

Also, other topics of practical importance for future financial and banking professionals were discussed. The students showed a keen interest in the topics and were actively involved in the discussion.

The practical lesson is part of the activities of the Erasmus +, CBHE "Introducing work-based learning in higher education systems of Armenia and Moldova for better employability of graduates" (WBL4JOB) project.
