Moldindconbank signed a cooperation agreement with Tekwill on January 11, which involves organizing and conducting a pilot program of assistance in recruiting IT personnel, implemented by Tekwill Academy.

This collaboration will give young people the opportunity to conduct internships in the IT field at Moldindconbank, as well as to be further employed within one of the largest and most reliable banks in the Republic of Moldova.

The collaboration agreement was signed by the acting chairman of Moldindconbank, Tzvetanka Kroumova and project manager at Tekwill Academy, Dumitru Vlah.

“This partnership is very important for us, representing a new source of attracting IT specialists needed to achieve the bank's objectives toward innovation and digitalization”, said Tzvetanka Kroumova.

In turn, the representative of Tekwill Academy claims that this collaboration with Moldindconbank will give young people more chances to get practical knowledge in IT and build a successful career.
