Over 300 children with special needs from Straseni had part of an inclusive Creation Festival, an event organized around the winter holidays..

Moldindconbank was a partner of the Directorate-General for Education and Culture in Straseni municipality, to offer children moments of joy.

”Disability is not a stigma, it is just a challenge we all are brought into. It is necessary to wonder sometime how those live who see the world differently: from the wheelchair, through the mist of their blindness or in the silence of inaudible melodies. ”Love me as I am" is the message of the activity to promote educational and social inclusion, where you have been with us, in order to demonstrate to everyone that people still believe in noble deeds. We are glad, honored and happy that you are with us and help us to give these children the joy of a moment when they have forgotten their troubles”, said Lucia Caciuc, head of the Directorate-General for Education of Straseni Rayon Council.

A charity fair was also organized at the Festival, where handmade crafts of the children with special needs were exhibited for sale.

”Children need a fairy-tale to see the beautiful side of the world, i.e. people who are ready to give them care and support. Such people work in the Moldindconbank team. All children deserve a peaceful future and opportunities to discover and develop their talents. Moldindconbank supports these values, especially since it is important for us to give children the festivity they are waiting for. I am glad that we managed to bring smiles to the faces of these little ones and to prove once again that Moldindconbank is always there”, said Igor Stratan, head of the Network and Alternative Channels Department of Moldindconbank.

At the end of the event, a concert was organized for children with the participation of young artists and performers from the country.
