Current trends, innovations and best practices in credit risk management were analyzed on Thursday, October 6, during the „Credit Risk Management Conference 2022”, which was organized with the support of Moldindconbank.
The conference was attended by 9 world class speakers and national experts who discussed improving the quality of the loan portfolio with the help of modern technologies and scoring, how to reduce groundless losses in the retail lending field, and what is the benefit of cooperation with credit history bureaus.
Moldindconbank’s Depity Chairman, Denis Cheptine, shared during the conference tha bank’s experience related to credit risk and presented the report Early Warning Signs for a business, EVS”.

The bank shall have an appropriate credit risk management framework that takes into account the risk appetite and risk profile of the bank, as well as market and macroeconomic conditions”, mentioned Denis Cheptine.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the bank, at present there all prerequisites to develop this system, compared to previous years. And for this, healthy solutions are needed to develop the bank-customer relationship
The organizer of the event, the founder of “PfB Consulting”, Alexandru Rusu thanked the partner of the event, Moldindconbank, and stressed that there are very few such conferences in the lending sector in the Republic of Moldova, but there are many problems that need to be discussed and solved.
The „Credit Risk Management Conference 2022” was attended by over 200 business representatives from various sectors of the economy,including persons holding management positions.
