Moldindconbank launched Garmin Pay service!

Garmin Pay service is now available for Moldindconbank cardholders. This innovative solution allows Mastercard and Visa cardholders to make contactless payments through Garmin compatible watches*.

Thanks to the new technology, Moldindconbank customers need nothing more than the Garmin watch, in order to enjoy to the fullest of their purchases at any contactless terminal.

How to activate Garmin Pay?

Download the Garmin Connect app from the App Store or Google Play, and set up your virtual wallet by following steps below:

  • Select your Garmin watch compatible with Garmin Pay.
  • Choose a 4-digit password and enroll any Mastercard or Visa card from Moldindconbank.
  • The registered card will be confirmed by the one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS to phone number attached to the card account.

How to pay contactless with Garmin Pay?

  • Press the side watch button and select the Wallet icon from the screen.
  • When the virtual card appears on the screen, approach the device by the contactless terminal and pay.

The security of the Garmin Pay payments is due to the 4-digit password, which will be required every 24 hours and also when the clock is reset. Although, the numbers of the registered cards are not kept on the clock or in Garmin services and are not transmitted to the merchant.
