On 29.01.2020 will be held the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of BC "Moldindconbank" S.A., one of the issues on the agenda to be discussed, is the election of the members of the Board of Directors.

Thus, two new candidates with rich experience in the financial-banking management and a well-known international reputation were introduced by the majority shareholder of the Bank - "Doverie-Invest" JSC (Bulgaria).

Mr. Herbert Stepic - Doctor of Economics and Commerce, former CEO of Raiffeisen Bank International, working in this position from 2001 until 2013. During his 40 years of activity in the Austrian Raiffeisen Group, Mr H. Stepic has managed to build a successful career, directly contributing to the international development and expansion of one of the largest and successful banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe. From 2002 to the present, Mr. H. Stepic has been Vice-President of the International Chamber of Commerce in Vienna (IIC).

Mr. Thomas M. Higgins - recognized expert in private equity fund management and banking, with more than 25 years of professional experience. From 2017 to present, he has been a member of the Board of the Commercial Bank "Tokuda", Sofia (Bulgaria). Previously, Mr. Higgins held managerial positions in various lending institutions, investment funds and capital management, including Axxess Capital, Bulgarian-American Enterprise Fund (BAEF) and Bulgarian-American Credit Bank.

The election of the above-mentioned candidates confirms the intention of the new majority shareholder of BC "Moldindconbank" S.A. to strengthen the top management team with experts, able to consolidate the Bank's results and to implement the best international practices of developing a modern banking institution.
