By the Decision of the National Commission for Financial Markets (no.7-1 from 29.01.2018) it was decided to make the following registrations in the State register of securities:

1. Cancellation of 3.173.751 BC "Moldindconbank" S.A. nominative  ordinary shares with face value of 100 lei per share (code ISIN MD14MICB1008) with the restructuration of previous emissions (I-XVI).
2. Additional issue of 3.173.751 BC "Moldindconbank" S.A. nominative ordinary shares with face value of 100 lei per share, in the total amount of 317.375.100 lei, placed in the XVII issue.

The nominated registrations in the State register of securities are related to the cancellation of shares belonging to the group of shareholders, the concerted activity of which was determined by the National Bank of Moldova by the Decision of the Executive Committee of 20.10.2016 (63.89% of the share capital) and the issuance of new shares in the same number and under same class.

The relevant registrations are to be introduced in the Register of BC "Moldindconbank" S.A. shareholders in the manner and within the term set by legislation.
