The Bank reiterates its position expressed earlier by declaring that throughout its activity, the bank operated and continues to operate, in accordance with the law and NBM regulations.

The measures taken by authorities in the investigation, do not affect the banks current activity, all operations and services offered by Moldindconbank are provided to clients, as usual.
