Regarding Mr. Sergiu Sagaidac’s statements, made on channel’s TV7 show Interpol, on July 7, 2016. BC "Moldindconbank" S.A. clarifies that the accusations, made against the bank and its employees, are groundless and absurd.

BC "Moldindconbank" S.A. explains that the placements of funds, in the mentioned banks, were carried out in accordance with the law and the regulations of the National Bank of Moldova, and are a common practice for commercial banks.

Also, BC "Moldindconbank" S.A. mentions that Mr. Leonid Talmaci, assumed his duties as Chairman of the Managing Board of BC "Moldindconbank" S.A. on January 20, 2015, which is a couple of months after the National Bank established a special administration over the mentioned banks on the show, so to even mention his name is absolutely inappropriate.

Based on these arguments, BC "Moldindconbank" S.A. informs that we are taking legal action against Mr. Sergiu Sagaidac’s accusations and baseless defamatory statements, which have caused moral damage to the image of the Bank and its employees.
