- Payment method: monthly by annuity method (equal payments) or monthly classic method (decreasing payments)

- Loan insurance can be objects that correspond to the requirements towards pledge: real estate; land; cars, tractors and combines, garages, parking spaces; etc.

Who can benefit? |

1. Resident of Repulic of Moldova citizen of RM, foreign citizen or person without citizenship (statelessness), with permanent residence in RM, who: • holds the appropiate identity document, issued by the competent authority of the RM valid at the moment of requesting the loan. |
2. Age between 20 - 65 years (the maximum age until which the loan is refunded). |
3. Employed in the field of work, for at least 6 months, and at the current job with a minimum of 4 months. Note: Except pensioners and those who give the lease of movable / immovable property. |
What are the necessary documents? |

1. Valid identity card. |
2. At least one of the following documents that prove the incomes: • Information received from the State Tax Service, or • The pensioners card with the compulsory indication of the current pension, or the statement from the account in which the pension is paid • The statement confirming the earnings obtained from the licensed/ authorized activities for bailiffs, lawyers notaries, certified interpreters and translators, confirmed by tcurrent account/card statement. |
3. Ownership document of the property (original). |
4. Property valuation report (of the collateral) made by an assensor (in accordance with the valuation law) agreed by the bank. |
5. Documents for loan insurance. |
6. Upon necessity, the bank may request additional documents. |
