Mortgage loan

Buy you own house!

Wherever you are, you feel at ease when you know you are coming home. Now you dont have to pay rent or share the house with you parents, we offer you the possibility to buy your own home through mortgage loan.

  • Destination of the loan: residential property (apartment, house); dwelling in execution; land for construction.
  • Maximum amount of the loan: up to 100% of the project cost, but will not exceed 2 500 000 mdl.
  • Period: up to 25 years.

Loan cost:

  • Annual interest rate - 8.5%* annually (floating)
  • Unique Granting commission - 1%
  • Administration fee - 0,10% monthly

Promotion! Until 28.02.2021 you benefit from an interest rate of 5% for mortgage loans and if you receive the salary on the Moldindconbank card - 4.5%. More here.

Example: For a mortgage loan (promotion) in the amount of 500,000 lei, for 25 years, DAE (effective annual interest) is 8.5%, monthly rate 3929.16 lei, total payment amount 1181858.14 lei.

  • Payment method: monthly by annuity method (equal payments) or monthly classic method (decreasing payments)
  • Other payments: according to Tariff Policy of the Bank
  • Credit insurance can be objects that correspond to the requirements towards pledge: dwellings (apartments, houses - into commission); residential houses with a finishing degree of at least 80%, lots of land (for construction, non-productive, fruit, or with agricultural use, garden); real estate with social-industrial character (offices, gas stations, pharmacies, shopping centers); cars, tractors and combines, garages, parking places.

Who can benefit?

1.   Resident of Repulic of Moldova (citizen of RM, foreign citizen or person without citizenship), with permanent residence in RM, who:
      •  holds the appropiate identity document, issued by the competent authority of the RM valid at the moment of requesting the loan.
2.  Age between 20 - 70 years (the maximum age until which the credit is refunded).
3.  Employed in the field of work, with 4 months probation period.
Note: Except pensioners and those who give the lease of movable / immovable property.

What are the necessary documents?

1. Valid identity card.
2.   At least one of the following documents that prove the incomes:
      •  Extract from salary card account (issued by any bank in the Republic of Moldova), or
      •  Information received from the State Tax Service, or
      •  The salary certificate, or
      •  The pensioners card with the compulsory indication of the current pension, or the statement from the account in which the pension is paid
      •  The statement confirming the earnings obtained from the licensed/ authorized activities for bailiffs, lawyers notaries, certified interpreters and translators, unless a salary certificate can be presented.
3. Ownership document of the property (copy+original).
4. Property valuation report (of the collateral) made by an assensor (in accordance with the valuation law) agreed by the bank.
5. Documents for credit insurance.
6. Upon necessity, the bank may request additional documents.
