„DISCOUNT- Lukoil” Project. Questions and answers:
Question: Why I paid at the station the overall cost of fuel if You advertise discount of 5 %?
Answer: The discount sum, in the amount of 5 % from the good price, is entered in the account of card as separate operation during the operation processing in the Bank informational system.
Question: When my 5 % will return to my card account?
Answer: If You performed the operation till 16:00 o’clock, the discount sum shall be returned on Your account till 12:00 o’clock of the following (next) day.
If You performed the operation after 16:00 o’clock, the discount sum shall be returned on Your account till 12:00 o’clock of the third working day.
Question: How do I replenish my card?
Answer:
  1. Replenishment by cash. Go to any branch of the Bank with:
    • Your Card;
    • The amount which shall be put on the card.
  2. Replenishment by transfer. Indicate the details of Your account, which are indicated in Your contract.
Question: I replenished the account in the branch of Your bank. Passed more than 2 hours but the money is not on the account yet.
Answer: As a rule, account replenishment needs about 3 – 6 hours.
If You want Your money to appear in the account in the same day, You have to put the cash during working days till 15:00 o’clock.
Question: I put the money on my card account on Saturday. Now is already Monday 9:00 o’clock, but the money is not.
Answer: You may put the cash in any day, even in weekend. But the money appears on the account only in working days.
Do not forget, You may use Your card and for other purposes!
